Once construction of the solar energy facility is complete, Brilliant Harvest will ensure that the system is thoroughly inspected and tested prior to start-up.

During this phase, individual components are checked against specifications, and measurements are taken and recorded for future reference.

System performance is measured against expected values for the given insolation level, ambient and panel temperature, wind speed, etc.

In addition to these activities, local code and utilities inspections are performed by government/utility officials to ensure the system complies with all appropriate standards and regulations. Upon final system test completion, the solar energy facility is brought on-line and begins to produce power for the client.
